🌿 How It Works

🗓️ 1. Booking & Payment

To secure your booking, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit when you receive your invoice.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event.
If payment isn’t received by 2 weeks before the event, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained.
Once confirmed, your quoted price is fixed (unless you make changes later).

🛍️ Shop-Style Orders

We’ve created a shop-style section on our website so you can easily browse and order selected décor options online!

• 💳 These can be ordered instantly with 100% payment upfront.

• 🎨 If you’re not ready to pay in full yet — or prefer a personal approach to match your wedding colours and theme — simply contact us before ordering.
  We’ll be happy to customise, advise, and create something uniquely you.

✏️ 2. Changes

Quotes are valid for 14 days.
You can add or swap items (depending on availability and current prices).
Once your deposit is paid, the total can’t be reduced — items are reserved just for you.

🚚 3. Delivery & Setup

We usually deliver and set up on the morning of your event, unless agreed otherwise.
Large décor pieces (arches, backdrops, etc.) are professionally installed — please don’t move them after setup.
We collect everything the following morning — please make sure your venue allows next-day collection.
Ensure safe and easy access to the venue for delivery and collection.

💎 4. Security Deposit & Care

All décor remains property of ArcoDecor.
A security deposit (listed on your invoice) is held until inspection after collection.
You’ll receive your refund within 3 business days if all items are returned safely.
Any loss or damage will be deducted from your deposit.

❌ 5. Cancellations

• Cancel more than 3 months before your event → deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancel less than 3 months before → all payments made are forfeited.
  If ArcoDecor ever needs to cancel due to unforeseen reasons, we’ll refund you in full.

🌤️ 6. Outdoor Setups

Outdoor décor is available by prior agreement only and is weather-dependent.
We can’t take responsibility for weather-related damage unless we’ve arranged protection or backup in advance.

🔒 7. Safety & Responsibility

Please don’t climb, pin, or alter décor pieces.
Keep flames and sharp objects away.
Children should always be supervised around décor installations.

📸 8. Photos & Privacy

We love sharing our work! Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use photos of your décor (without showing personal details) for our portfolio or social media.
Your contact details and event info are kept private and deleted within 6 months after your event.
